By registering in the My
Golf Rewards Program, participants
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1) |
My Golf Rewards (the "Program")
is managed by My Golf Rewards Canada Inc. ("MGRCI").
"MGR Dollars" refers
to the cash value of benefits that are stored on a Program participant's
card that he or she
receives after a purchase is made at a Program participating
facility ("MGR Facility"). "Card" refers
to the card provided to golfers at MGR
Facilities and through
other means, such card to be used as specified below to earn
MGR Dollars. |
2) |
MGR Dollars have
a value equal to one Canadian dollar per MGR
Dollar and the equivalent fractions thereof. MGR
Dollars have no intrinsic cash value and are not transferable.
MGR Dollars are awarded at the time of purchase at designated
areas within a MGR Facility based on percentages set out for
each course on the www.mygolfrewards.ca web site. MGR
Dollars will not be awarded for the dollar value of taxes paid. |
3) |
To earn MGR Dollars, participants must
present their Card each time a purchase is made at any MGR
Facility.
Tee times booked through a 3rd party vendor are not eligible
for MGR Dollars. |
4) |
To redeem MGR
Dollars, the participant
must register online at www.mygolfrewards.ca or phone 1-877-660-3401
to register (a registered participant being referred herein as
a "MGR Member") . MGR
Dollars may be redeemed immediately
after registration and subsequently, MGR
Dollars may be redeemed
immediately after their accumulation if desired. |
5) |
Where an item has been purchased at a MGR
Facility and MGR Dollars awarded and such MGR
Dollars have or
have not been redeemed prior to the item's subsequent return,
a cash amount equivalent to the value of such MGR
Dollars will
be deducted from the amount returned to the Member. |
6) |
The Card issued to participants of the
Program is not a credit card and it does not confer credit of
any kind. |
7) |
A lost or stolen Card must be reported
immediately and neither MGRCI, its management, directors and
shareholders can be held responsible for MGR
Dollars redeemed
on Cards that have been lost or stolen. |
8) |
A Card does not expire, however, Cards
that have been inactive for a period of 12 months will be cancelled. |
9) |
The Program's terms and conditions, rewards,
special offers and MGR Facilities may change at any time without
prior notice and the Program may be discontinued with 90 days
notice. |
10) |
A Member or a participant in the Program
may have his or her Membership or participation in the Program
cancelled or suspended for practicing deception or forgery, for
other abuses of the Program, or any other reasonable cause. |
11) |
By registering in the Program, Members
agree to receive communication from the Program via the Internet,
mail or telephone to apprise them of special offers, promotions,
contests, updates to the site, changes to the Program and the
MGR Facilities or opportunities
that MGRCI believe will be of interest to Members. The information
may also be used to customize
the content and/or layout of the site for each individual Member.
A Member may ask not to be contacted at anytime he or she believes
such communication is not relevant or useful. To ensure timely
information, Members are asked to notify MGRCI at the number
specified above of any changes to their contact information. |
