From
April 1, 2008 to September 30th, 2008, Every time you swipe
your My
Golf Rewards card
during the time
period for the program you get one chance at winning one
of three grand
prizes.
If you swipe
5 or more times during
the period, all your entries are doubled.
If you swipe
10 or more times during the period, all your
entries are tripled.
If you swipe
15 or more times during
the period, all your entries are quadrupled.
Grand Prizes:
1st Prize: $3,000 will
be deposited on your My Golf
Rewards card and you
can use these funds at any participating location.
2nd Prize: $1,500 will
be deposited on your My
Golf Rewards card
and you can use these funds at any participating location.
3rd Prize: $500 will
be deposited on your My Golf
Rewards card and you
can use these funds at any participating location.
The more you play, the greater your chances of winning.
The contest is open to the general golfing public who register
in the My Golf Rewards program
as well as anyone already registered in My Golf Rewards
(MGR), of age of majority.
1)
Contest is effective April 1st, 2008 and
runs until September 30th, 2008.
2)
All registered MGR members that swipe their
MGR card for accumulation or redemption of MGR Dollars during
these months have a chance to win a one of three grand prizes
in FREE golf at MGR participating facilities.
3)
Each card transaction counts as one
entry into the contest.
4)
The prizes are not redeemable in cash
and must be accepted as awarded.
5)
Decisions of the contest judges are
final - no substitutions will be available.
6)
By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes
the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or
likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence
for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in
any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers
and other publications and in television or film releases, slides,
videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage)
which My Golf Rewards may deem appropriate.
7)
In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges
that My Golf Rewards may not be held liable for any loss, damages
or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.
8)
The persons whose name are drawn as being
the winners of the specific prizes will be required to answer
a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded to them.
9)
Detailed contest rules applicable to this
contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize
value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes
are available on the My Golf Rewards web site at www.mygolfrewards.ca.
10)
Winners must sign a release form as prepared
and accepted by My Golf Rewards acknowledging their acceptance
and understanding of the complete contest rules.
11)
My Golf Rewards retains the rights, in
its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent
kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability
of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
12)
This contest is subject to all federal,
provincial and municipal laws.
13)
My Golf Rewards reserves the right to withdraw
or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
14)
Prizes are: 1st prize: $3000, 2nd prize
$1500, 3rd prize $500 of golf at participating My
Golf Rewards facilities with no limit of time to use the prize.
15)
Identification and MGR card must be produced
on request. Employees of My Golf Rewards and MGR participating
facilities, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional
agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such
employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such
employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
