a loyalty program for golfers.
Whether you play 2 games or 50 games per year, this program is for you.
Its purpose is for participating Golf Facilities to show their appreciation
by offering you added value based on your frequent use of their club facilities,
at any time without restrictions.

How exactly do I get paid to play golf? |

Every time you play golf or purchase
goods or services at My Golf Rewards participating
Golf Facilities, you earn My Golf Rewards Dollars
that are stored on your My Golf Rewards Card.
You will receive My Golf Rewards based
on your total bill, excluding taxes. My
Golf Rewards dollars are immediately credited to your
account when you make a transaction. Once you have registered
your card, you can then use the My
Golf Rewards Dollars to pay, in full or partially, for
any applicable purchase of goods or services at a participating My
Golf Rewards Golf Facility. |

Some Golf Facilities will provide accumulation
of My Golf Rewards for the purchase
of green fees and/or products or services offered at their clubhouse,
Pro Shop, restaurant or bar. The minimum accumulation percentage
is 2%; this can vary depending on the time of day, the day of
the week or period of the Golf season when you make your purchase.

ACCOUNT section of our Internet site at www.mygolfrewards.ca. |

Can I still participate in the program
if I don’t have access to the Internet? |

Yes, you can. To register, contact our
customer-service department from Monday to Friday, between 9:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 1-877-660-3401. Every time you use your
card at a participating Golf Facility, you will receive a transaction
receipt indicating your My Golf Rewards balance. |

|
Can I accumulate or redeem My Golf Rewards
if I don’t have my card with me? |
|
|
NO. You must always present your My
Golf Rewards card in order to accumulate or redeem your My
Golf Rewards Dollars at the time of your transaction.
Participating facilities and My Golf
Rewards will not add or subtract My
Golf Rewards Dollars retroactively. |

|
|
What happens if My Golf Rewards card is
lost or stolen? |
|
|
Your My Golf
Rewards Card is like cash so make sure you treat it
as such and keep it in a safe place. You must inform us as
quickly as possible if your card is lost or stolen. Once informed
we will immediately cancel your card, issue a new one and transfer
your My Golf Rewards to your
new card. However, if any My Golf
Rewards dollars are redeemed between the time you lose
your card and report it stolen, those dollars will not be added
to your new card. There is a $25 fee for a replacement card. |

Why do I have to register My Golf Rewards
card? |
|
|
Registration of your My
Golf Rewards card is mandatory so that you can redeem
your My Golf Rewards Dollars
accumulated. This ensures that we can communicate with you
occasionally about special My Golf
Rewards promotions. Your registration provides you with
various bonuses throughout the year as well as special promotions
from our partners. |
